Vietjet to open Ha Noi – Can Tho route

On October 17, VietJet Air, Viet Nam's low cost airline officially launched a Ha Noi-Can Tho route linking one of largest city in the country and the largest city in the Mekong Delta.

Earlier, the airline also opened the Da Nang – Can Tho route.

VietJet Air will operate seven flights with a capacity of 2,520 passengers per week. The two hour 10 minutes flight using Airbus planes, will depart from Ha Noi at 11:00am and from Can Tho at 1:45pm.

VietJet Air operated nearly 30 routes connecting domestic provinces and cities. The budget airline also links Viet Nam to select international destinations, such as Bangkok, Thailand; Siem Reap, Cambodia; and Seoul, Republic of Korea.

On the occasion, VietJet Air presented 200 health insurance cards to poor people in Ha Noi and 200 health insurance cards to poor people in Can Tho.
